All content on the lb77 platform — including but not limited to the lb77 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, data compilations, game assets, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of lb77 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

lb77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lb77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Upon permanent account closure due to a breach of these Terms, lb77 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds (deposited funds not originating from bonuses) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations, unless those funds are subject to a freezing order or confiscation under applicable law.
